→Tax handling. US winners get a 1099-MISC at the IRS
reporting threshold. Foreign winners complete a W-8BEN; the operator generally withholds
30% of the gross prize at source unless an applicable tax-treaty rate applies, and reports
the prize on a 1042-S. Always consult a tax professional in your jurisdiction. Full detail
in /rules §9.
→The prize can grow, never shrink. The amounts above
are a floor for Season 1, not a ceiling. Sponsorships, partnerships, or any future paid-entry
program may bump the pool up; we'll never reduce the published prize during an active season.

→Eligibility. 18+ (or majority age in your jurisdiction).
Some OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions are excluded for prize disbursement. The free entry is
open worldwide except those sanctioned regions. Future paid-entry seasons (see §5.7) add
additional carve-outs for paid entries only; the free entry stays available everywhere outside
the sanctioned regions. Full list in /rules §3.
